The FGF team is very professional, and polite, and always tries to solve the best way to solve the problems of the day researchers. I choose to put my projects in FGF because I know I will always have excellent support from this team.
The FGF has always been a partner in my projects and is an entity that has grown and is committed to the continuous improvement of its services to researchers.
Continue to work with the professionalism that characterizes you and expand your services to provide more face-to-face/videoconference support to researchers.
That there is a tool that shows the consolidated position of the projects. All the rest is an example even for Uac itself.
As head of some research projects managed by FGF, I am still very satisfied with the professionalism and support always provided by the same and I hope that the team maintains the same level of excellence as in the past, as it is always an added reason to submit more projects. having the FGF as its management unit.
Your services are indispensable to the projects. In most cases, they are good or excellent. However, I would like to have more support in the preparation and submission of new projects.
Although you are working well, there is always room for improvement: have a contact number always available, launch the digital platform, support scholarships, and have more documents and templates on your fantastic website.
It reflects how an institution should support and work with Investigators. Continue and expand your services.
I appreciate the work of FGF. Having experience with similar entities in other universities, it is with great pleasure that I can say that FGF does high quality work.
Keep up the excellent work and the upward path, always supporting the Researchers. It would be great if you created an office just to support IR and events.

The FGF is very quick to give answers compared to the UAc, however it should have a procedure manual to know how to do it and when to do it.
