Service Provision Description:
The objective of this project is to develop a synthetic rock from residues from the exploration of basalt rock. In this way, this project aims to ensure that waste from extraction does not create a negative impact on the regional territory, either visually (tourism) or in terms of soil contamination (agriculture), thus contributing to the promotion of sustainable development in the region. . Thus, this project intends to develop products in composite material with improved properties when compared to traditional rock, such as: lower density; greater resistance; possibility of obtaining colors and geometric effects.
