Service Provision Description:
The provision of services for “preparation of the proposal to revise the Municipal Master Plan of Lagoa – Azores”, will be developed by the University of the Azores Team (through the Gaspar Frutuoso Foundation) and will encompass the development of the following works:
a) - Phase 1 – Characterization and Diagnosis Studies of the Municipal Master Plan and preparation of the Critical Factors Report for the Strategic Environmental Assessment Decision;
b) Phase 2 – Preparation of preliminary proposals for the Revision of the Municipal Master Plan and Environmental Report, to be submitted to the Monitoring Committee;
c) Phase 3 – Preparation of proposals for the Revision of the Municipal Master Plan and Environmental Report, to be submitted for public discussion and consultation;
d) Phase 4 – Preparation of the public discussion weighting report, the final proposal for the Revision of the Municipal Master Plan and the final version of the Environmental Report.
