Service Provision Description:
This Provision of Services aims to provide technical-scientific support to the development of the project "MARINE-EO: Bridging Innovative Downstream Earth Observation and Copernicus enabled Services for Integrated maritime environment, surveillance and security".
Service provision encompasses the development of the following tasks:
- Definition of important satellite services for the Azores region (taking into account the interests of End-Users);
- Revision of documents relating to the preparation of satellite services to be implemented within the scope of SATOCEAN;
- Technical monitoring of all documents related to the services developed;
- Verification of algorithms, processing protocols, developed platforms, etc, in view of the conditions/interests defined by the End-Users for the Azores region (in particular for satellite monitoring of MPAs) and the data incorporated in the system (e.g. Copernicus, in situ data, etc.).
