Service Provision Description:
This provision of services fits the activities of João Carlos Nunes, PhD in Volcanology, Assistant Professor at UAc/FCT and DTE of the hydromineral resource “Água das Quenturas”, in the performance of the activities of the Technical Direction of Exploration (DTE) of the hydromineral resource “Águas das Quenturas” that supplies the Furnas Boutique Hotel Thermal & Spa (São Miguel Island, Azores).
The Technical Directorate for Exploration of the hydromineral resource in question is carried out in accordance with the terms of the legislation in force (e.g. Decree-Law 86/90, Law No. 54/2015 and DLR 21/2012/A) and as per order dated 25/03/2015 from DRAIC – Regional Directorate for Support to Investment and Competitiveness/Vice-Presidency of the Government of the Azores.
