Service Provision Description:
This provision of services aims to provide the External Assessment of the CONVIVi project that will be implemented by Associação Novo Dia/CIPA, on the islands of São Miguel and Terceira. This is a project that will take place within the scope of the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism (EEA Grants) managed by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and Bissaya Barreto Foundation.
The External Assessment should cover the different activities of the project, namely the actions aimed at:
- Communication - diffusion
- training on the ground
- the meetings of partners on the subject of Human Rights
- activities in and with the community of local actors
- initiatives aimed at civic participation by target groups.
In this sense, the Evaluation, both qualitative and quantitative, should produce an evaluation benchmark and, later, an interim report and a final report, on the execution of the different initiatives, identifying the degree of execution of the foreseen goals.
