Service Provision Description:

The study was commissioned to a team of researchers from CEEAplA-Azores and aims to carry out two studies on the economic impact and media coverage of the Azores Rallye.

The first study aims to:

- determine the direct economic impact of the Azores Rallye in São Miguel;

- estimate the indirect economic impact of the Azores Rallye in São Miguel;

- assess the existence of induced economic effects of the Azores Rallye in São Miguel.

The second study aims to:

- the publications, views and reactions in the social media of the GDC, the promoter of the ERC, the federative entities;

- the estimated number of tourists are in São Miguel to attend the event and ways to get to know the event;

- the notoriety of the brands associated with the event;

- the perception of tourists and residents of the importance of the event.
