Main Objectives:
a) Consolidate strategic scientific and technological areas for the Azores;
b) Enhance the benefits of research in partnership, strengthening the relationship between research, technology and innovation;
c) Promote the development of transregional and transnational cooperation projects in research and technological development;
d) Stimulate the development of partnerships promoting R&D&I;
e) Encourage participation in R&D organizations, commissions and thematic networks that are relevant for the projection of the Region.
f) Provide conditions for the development of projects and initiatives with projection in the national and European research scene.
Project Description:
The purpose of the contract is to regulate the terms of the granting of financial support by the SRMCT-DRCT to the SECOND PARTY, for co-participation in the expenses resulting from the creation of the International Research Network of Universities in the Outermost Regions of the European Union (RIU RUP).< /p>
