The third edition of the International Conference on Optimization, Learning Algorithms and Applications (OL2A 2023) will provide a forum where academic scientists, researchers and research scholars will have the opportunity to exchange and share their experiences and research results on the challenges of optimization and learning methods and their applications. OL2A 2023 offers the international optimization and learning research community an opportunity to present and debate the latest results, trends and concerns, as well as practical challenges that have been faced and solutions adopted in all fields of optimization and learning, as well as new high-impact applications, such as the 4th industrial revolution, multi-objective optimization, optimization for machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, machine learning for predictive analysis, machine learning for data analysis, and others.

With the collaboration of the Association of Robotics Teachers of the Azores (PROBOT), a special session will be held for secondary students where researchers participating in the event will carry out scientific dissemination activities for secondary school students. The topics to be covered are: - learning and optimization with applications - robotic competitions In addition, students and teachers will be invited to attend one of the plenary sessions. At the moment we have two classes from nearby schools that have already committed to the event, but PROBOT has decided to use the member database to publicize the event, so it is possible for more classes to participate.
