Main Objectives:
This financing aims to support the acquisition of equipment or the completion of renovation and/or modernization projects of the Scientific Research Unit (UID) Institute of Research and Agricultural Technologies and the Environment, with the acronym IITAA, is an Organic Unit of the University of the Azores that carries out research on Agricultural Sciences and the Environment, with a view to sustainability, applied climatology, effects of global changes, animal and agricultural science, food science and bioactivity of natural products.
Project Description:
The Financing aims to update and restructure the Scientific Research Unit (UID), including its digital transformation and aims to acquire large scientific equipment, sets of scientific instruments, scientific files and data, other knowledge-based resources, computing and programming systems, communication networks that promote open access and/or other instrumental infrastructures to stimulate excellence in research and innovation activities.
